Let me introduce you to Christina Hay. After having worked alongside me on larger jobs since July 2025, Christina is now officially accepting clients directly through The Organising Project.
Professional Organiser & Design Specialist
With a career built on creativity, precision, and an unwavering eye for detail, Christina brings a unique "design-first" approach to The Organising Project.
Christina’s journey began in the world of high-end fashion and floristry. For over 15 years, she owned and operated a successful retail and event floristry business in Sydney, managing corporate clients like Deutsche Bank and the Sydney Swans. Her experience in the fast-paced world of events taught her the value of being highly organized, efficient, and calm under pressure—skills she now uses to transform the homes of our clients.
A Passion for Functional Beauty
Christina holds a Bachelor of Design and a Certificate in Interior Design. Having personally purchased and renovated four of her own homes, she understands that a home should not only look beautiful but must function seamlessly. She specializes in:
Spatial Problem Solving: Helping you find storage solutions where you thought none existed.
Move Management: Taking the stress out of packing, clearing, and setting up new homes.
Compassionate Decluttering: Supporting clients through life transitions, including estate clearing and downsizing with sensitivity and care.
Expertise You Can Trust
Beyond her hands-on organizing work, Christina is a qualified Trainer and Assessor (TAE). Her background in teaching floristry means she is an exceptional communicator who knows how to break down overwhelming tasks into manageable, achievable steps.
When she isn’t helping clients reclaim their spaces, you’ll find Christina gathering inspiration from interior design, tending to her garden, or—true to her craft—watching a satisfyingly thorough cleaning video.
"I love working with interiors and have a passion for good layout. There is nothing more rewarding than helping a client turn an overwhelmed space into one that feels light, organized, and ready for life."
