Hi, I’m Stefanie, welcome to The Organising Project!
I love everything about organising, be it boxes of memorabilia, random files on your computer, helping you build a flatpack or getting you ready to move house. Using my expertise as a professional organiser to help my clients to achieve their business and personal goals in a timely and structured manner is my passion.
From the most simple pantry or wardrobe declutter to the more serious chronic disorganisation challenges and hoarding disorders, I will be there for you to help you create a space you can be proud of. I organise, declutter, downsize, manage paperwork, create systems and plans and work with you to turn your chaos into calm.
And that's where the touch of magic is - when we work together you will conquer things you never thought possible!
Professional Organising - In-Home Sessions
With our help planning, organising and decluttering you can make a start to re-discover your house ... and sometimes yourself.
Organising and decluttering can be fun, and I will work with you to make it an enjoyable and stress-free process! Nothing is too big or too small – it might be a spare room that needs decluttering, a wardrobe, pantry or office or perhaps you need help with chronic disorganisation or hoarding.
As a member of the Institute of Professional Organisers and an accredited Mental Health First Aider, I also provide services for the NDIS.

Virtual Organising
I don’t have to come to your home to help you!
Maybe you are a DIY person, live out of the area or just need someone to give you some guidance. Perhaps you need a follow up virtual appointment after we’ve completed hands-on work to provide advice on how to keep the momentum going in your newly organised spaces.
During a virtual session, you will use your phone or tablet camera to show me the areas you need help with and together we will work out a plan of attack that you can execute. I will give you some time management tips on the way.
NDIS Services
I support a variety of NDIS clients to improve their daily living, some with physical injuries, others with depression, PTSD and autism, to name a few.
I will work with you in a non-judgmental way, at your pace, and provide guidance, hands-on decluttering and encouragement to make your space more enjoyable for you to live in.
As a non-registered provider, I will work with self-managed and plan-managed participants.
Moving / Downsizing
Moving and downsizing are known as some of the most stressful times in a person's life.
Whether you are downsizing, retiring, divorcing, moving into aged care or have a young family and are upsizing, we can help you every step of the way.
We'll even help you plan the move and coordinate other contractors. Before you know it, you will be in your new home and loving that new chapter in your life - stress-free and super organised!
Deceased Estates
The loss of a loved one is difficult enough without having to sort through a lifetime of their treasured memories and possessions. It can be emotionally exhausting and overwhelming, but you don’t need to do it on your own!
We can help you coordinate and manage the various professionals needed to declutter, clean and stage the deceased estate ready for sales, while also pre-sorting items for you to keep, sell or donate, organising garage sales or auctions to rehome as much of the items as possible and minimise waste removal costs.
